For example, he re-engineered one from a small failing software house to become an international telecoms company, floated on the stock market. Presently he advises a small group of companies and is a Director / Investor in businesses from automotive to software.
Andrew Priestley is an international, award-winning executive coach and mentor.
He’s transformed the leadership of many businesses and this has been the foundation of his Business Leadership Profile (BLP) package. Andrew is also a seminar leader, regularly speaking at business events and recently launched the Sales Profile system.
For some time, David had been considering how a business turn around process could be systemised and packaged – in such a way that any owner could readily grasp the principles, use the tools and successfully re-engineer their own business. He wanted to make the system available in a manner that could be applied directly by the business in question.
He was introduced to Andrew and outlined the concepts and principles of this system to him and the pair decided to form a venture to bring it to fruition. It took them over two years to further refine and develop what has become the Success in 80 Days program. During this period, they’ve taken many people through the system at small workshops and also via one to one executive mentoring sessions – continually refining and enhancing their unique and powerful program.
